1. Do your products fit all BMW and Mercedes models?

No. Fitment varies by model and year. Please read the product descriptions and check the demo photos carefully. If you’re unsure, email us at info@euromodclub.shop with your car’s make, model, and the product you're interested in.


2. Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns if there is a severe quality defect. Please read our Returns Policy for full details. We do not accept returns for incorrect fitment, so always check compatibility before ordering.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days and typically arrive in 7–20 business days across Europe. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.


4. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info after a few business days, check your spam folder or contact us at info@euromodclub.shop.


5. Do you ship outside of Europe?

Currently, we focus on shipping to European countries. If you're outside Europe and are interested in a product, contact us to check if we can arrange shipping.


6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or update it. Email us as soon as possible at info@euromodclub.shop with your order number.


7. Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
