We do not accept returns unless a product arrives with a severe quality defect. In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Estimated delivery time across Europe is 7–20 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. These are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes in their country.

EuroModClub is not liable for:
